MIRRORING
THE TRUE MIRROR IS NOT GLASS, BUT THE INNER COURAGE TO LOOK SQUARELY AT ONESELF, AND TO DARE RESHAPE.
This collection mirrors the 1990s—an era marked by rising multiculturalism and feminist voices. Women writers broke from male tradition, writing in their own language, often using the “mirror” as a metaphor for self-dialogue.
In homage, this season transforms sculpture into fabric. We collaborated with contemporary artist Lui-Jia, whose work explores power and fluidity. Her 3D sculptures were rendered into 2D digital prints, then draped back into 3D garments. This process mirrors a woman’s journey: seeing her reflection, recognizing herself, and building confidence.
Both the ’90s and today are times of change. Then, as now, women must embrace who they are, stand with courage, and make their voices heard—a timeless act of self-creation against a noisy world.
